Ageratum - Artist Blue
The Ageratum Artist Blue, 'Ageratum hybrid', has beautiful true blue blooms. This Proven Winner plant is able to renew itself continuously throughout the season by over-growing old blooms with fresh colorful new blooms. It is also exceptionally heat tolerant. The Artist Blue has an open habit and will add texture and mid-height interest in large containers or landscapes. They produce radiant clusters of fuzzy flowers, early and on even compact plants. Tomato - Patio The Tomato Patio, 'Lycopersicon lycopersicum', is excellent for containers and small gardens, producing fruit on compact plants. The Patio tomato produces small 4 ounce fruits on a bush-type plant. The plants are compact and upright. They produce their fruits from the bottom of the plant. The 25 inches tall dwarf plants are compact and grow well in containers. They are vigorous and productive with 4 oz. deep oblate, medium-sized fruit. In warm winter/hot summer areas, tomatoes can be planted in early fall for winter harvest. Tomatoes prefer well drained soil that is high in organic matter. Tomatoes need at least 1 inch of water a week. They need at least 6 hours of direct sunlight a day. |
