Bellflower - Samantha

The Bellflower Samantha, 'Campanula ‘Samantha’, has showy, compact blue-violet flowers with dark green foliage. The flowers are 1” wide and very fragrant. This ground cover is best used in rock gardens, as an edging or in tubs and pots. ‘Samantha’ blooms from early summer to late spring and will sometimes repeat flowering in autumn. It has a plant height of 6-8” and a spread of 18-24”. ‘Samantha’ should be planted in full sun, but will tolerate morning shade and will do well in all types of soil. Iris - Spinn Off The Iris Spinn Off, Iris x germanica 'Spinn Off' is a fragrant reblooming bearded iris that has magenta colored flowers with a rose margin around the flower petals. With a velvety texture and beautiful sword-shaped foliage, it has a plant height of 32”. Spinn Off blooms in the spring and then again in the fall. It prefers average, well-drained soil. Spinn Off prefers full sun, but will tolerate a little afternoon shade. It will make a great addition around pools, ponds and water gardens, and for mass plantings. It can also be used in difficult banks and preventing erosion. They also make magnificent cut flowers and are resistant to deer.
