Caladium - Fannie Munson

The Caladium Fannie Munson, 'Caladium x hortulanum', a spring planted tuber, are grown for their long-lasting, colorful foliage, and they are used in borders and beds. This fancy foliaged plant with green edges and pink centers, is ideal for pots and hanging baskets on the porch or patio. Caladiums also bloom, but the flowers are insignificant and they drain energy from the plant. They should be pinched off as soon as possible. Caladiums need protection from full sun for the best growth and color. All parts of this tropical plant are poisonous, so caution is advised around children. ... more

There are only a few double-geraniums in cultivation and don't look like a Geranium at first glance. Southcombe Double blooms almost non-stop throughout the summer, into fall. They do best in sun, but will tolerate some degree of shade. For the most part, cranesbill are long-lived and do not require a lot of care.
