The Calibrachoa Superbells ® Coral Pink, 'Calibrachoa hybrids', is a fantastic annual hybrid from Proven Winners. Calibrachoa is very similar to a minature Petunia. This vigorous fast growing plant produces hundreds of vividly colored coral pink flowers that bloom from spring until first frost. Calibrachoa Superbells are easy to grow. Place them in full sun, shade will severely limit the number of flowers. Superbells can be grown in patio pots, window boxes and in beds. Calibrachoa are popular for hanging baskets because of their cascading habit. Superbells are self cleaning, you do not have to pinch off spent flowers. Superbells Calibrachoa is more heat resistant than most of the Calibrachoas. It can take the heat of hot southern summers making it a good replacement for petunias, and they can be perennial in zones 7 and warmer. You can expect hummingbirds to visit your garden when you plant Calibrachoa because they love the large trumpet shaped flowers and it’s good nectar source. Celosia - Fresh Look Yellow The Celosia Fresh Look Yellow, 'Celosia plumosa', also known as Cockscomb, is one of the most colorful foliage plants for beds, borders, pots, planters and window boxes and they provide a fresh floral look all summer long. The Fresh Look Yellow was 2004 All American Award Winner. Celosia Fresh Look Yellow is another celosia, and a wonderful partner to Fresh Look Red. Celosia Fresh Look Yellow is bit stouter than its companion and it also covers itself in plumes throughout the summer, offering numerous side-shoots that blankets the plant in pure yellow. It, too, is self-grooming and tolerates a wide range of conditions. When grown in the full sun, 'Fresh Look Yellow plants mature at 12 to 18 inches tall and spreads 12 to 20 inches. The central plume can be 8 to 10 inches tall and 5 inches wide. Like all Celosia plumosa, the flowers can be cut and dried for long lasting homemade bouquets. This plant is vigorous and is an excellent performer. As with all celosias, 'Fresh Look Yellow' performs best in the full sun. It is also a Fleuroselect Quality Mark Winner.
