The exquisite pleated flowers are mostly purple-blue and white, but one may find pink and white like petticoats. Peony - Festiva Maxima The Peony Festiva Maxima, Paeonia lactiflora 'Festiva Maxima' is a double bloom peony with white blossoms and a hint of pink peaking through the center of each bloom.
