Coreopsis - Autumn Blush
The Coreopsis Autumn Blush, Coreopsis 'Autumn Blush' (PPAF) is a wonderful new variety to the Coreopsis family. The fern like leaves make a great contrast with the daisy shaped flowers. Autumn Blush is a long blooming plant that has beautiful yellow flowers with a burgundy colored eye turning to all burgundy in the fall. It tolerates the heat and humidity extremely well and flowers best in a sunny location. It should be cut back in late summer to extend the bloom period. Goldenrod - Goldrush The Solidago Goldrush, 'Solidago cutleri 'Goldrush', a Blooms of Bressingham plant, will provide a long season display of dazzling golden flowers. Goldrush comes into the fall with masses of yellow flower clusters that almost block out the foliage for about a month. Goldrush exhibits a uniform, compact mound of tiny yellow flowers. The Solidgao Goldrush should be planted in full sun and at the front of beds and borders or in containers. Place them in well drained soil and fertilize lightly. Too much fertilzer will produce a lot of foliage and fewer flowers. |
