The Dahlia Clair Obscur, 'Dahlia Clair Obscur', has velvety rich flowers that are a deep maroon color frosted with white tips. It is considered a cactus type flower because of its wide diameter and petals that stand out in three dimensions. One of the most breathtaking dahlias we offer for the cutting garden.
