Daisy - Compact Pink

The Daisy Compact Pink, 'Brachyscome hybrid', is a low growing daisy with fine foliage. These Proven Selections Aussie beauties with pretty pink daisy flowers have a deep green foliage that shapes itself for a nicely-rounded basket. The beautiful pink flowers have a dark green eye. Daisy's require a sunny spot with fertile, well-drained soil and should be kept well watered in the summer. Daisy's may be used as a cut flower and they are excellent in window boxes, pots, and rock gardens. The daisy is attractive to bees, butterflies and/or birds, plus they are resistant to deer. These daisys are winter hardy to USDA Zones 10-11 and they are grown as an annual in other cooler climatic zones. Deadhead spent flowers to encourage additional bloom. Sweet Bell Peppers - Super Heavyweight This is a pepper to brag about with some weighing in at 1/2 pound each. It is absolutely huge and absolutely sweet when allowed to ripen to a golden gold. Super Heavyweight is excellent for fresh eating or stuffing and one pepper feeds a crowd! They are excellent for salads, stuffing, and gourmet dishes. Note: To get a jump on the season transplant outside, use a walls-of-water or some black plastic to maintain and increase temperatures. Pinch off early flowers to encourage plant growth. Peppers use quite a bit of water but prefer to be watered deeply and not too often. Blossom pruning will improve fruit size. Pinch off about 50% of the flowers.
