Fuchsia - European Uprights™ Rosa Beacon

Talk about tough, European gardeners actually grow these varieties in full sun. Keep the soil moist to the touch from spring through autumn. They are great plants for greenhouses, window boxes, baskets, homes, and flower beds. The flowers, which are produced during the summer and early fall, are droopy and come in many colors. Besides patio planters and mixed container gardens, our European Uprights do extremely well in beds and borders. In many parts of the country (and especially if planted in a hanging pot) the fuchsia will require daily watering. The Rosa Beacon has lovely bright pink flowers. This Proven Selections plant blooms all summer long. Fuchsias do not like to dry out. Along with outstanding heat tolerance, they also feature upright growth habits, lovely single flowers, and fantastic colors. Fuschia is one of the Hummingbirds favorite flowers. The Fuchsia "European Uprights™ Rosa Beacon(String of Pearls)', 'Fuchsia hybrid', is a heat tolerant hybrid. For zones 9-11, this plant can also be a perennial. ... get more information
