Fuchsia - Wilma Verslot

The Fuchsia Wilma Verslot, 'Fuchsia hybrid', is a heat tolerant hybrid. Talk about tough, European gardeners actually grow these varieties in full sun. Along with outstanding heat tolerance, they also feature upright growth habits, lovely single flowers, and fantastic colors. The Wilma Verslot has impressive single blooms that feature crimson sepals and royal purple corollas. This Proven Selections plant blooms all summer long. They will provide long-term color in full sun areas throughout the season. They are ideal for baskets, beds, balconies and combination plantings. Surfinia Petunias are very heat and drought tolerant once established in the ground or pot. They do not need to have their dead flower heads removed to continue flowering and they are not leggy. Surfinia Petunias grow fast and therefore need ample moisture and fertilzer. For zones 9-11, this plant can also be a perennial.
