Monk's Cap - Cammarum Bicolor

The Monk's Cap cammarum Bicolor, 'Aconitum', displays blue and white flowers and has a height of 3-4'. It has beautiful clusters of flower spikes that look like a Monk's hood. The helmet-shaped flowers, above clumps of divided dark green leaves, will provide a standout for your landscape. This plant wants persistently moist well-draining soil in a sunny location or very slightly shaded; it will not bloom well in much shade. Propagation is by division every few years, though an established clump never really likes disruption. Use as an excellent garden plant, or for greenhouse. Gather up the Monk's Cap and make a stunning bouquet. ... more info
