They bloom in mid spring and have very large, colorful blooms that stand out in the spring garden. Peonies can handle dry to moist sites, and do best in full sun but can handle some light shade. Often thought of a plant used on the farm or out in the country, it bring a little bit of that country feeling to your garden. Foamy Bells - Stoplight The Coral Bell Stoplight, 'Heuchera ‘Stoplight’, has unique yellow and red centered leaves in the spring and in the summer, colors vary from yellow to green with red centers. In the springtime, dense white flowers appear that last into the summer. However, Coral Bells are not known for their flowers, but their foliage. ‘Stoplight’ has a plant spread of 1’ and a height of 6-8”. It is best to grow ‘Stoplight’ in medium wet, well-drained soils, in full shade. (It can tolerate some morning sun. ) ‘Stoplight’ look especially good around the edge of borders, near variegated plants, woodland edges, rock gardens, perennial borders, or in mass to form an attractive ground cover.
