The Phlox Minnie Pearl, Phlox paniculata 'Minnie Pearl', is not just another white phlox. It is the first phlox to bloom and has beautiful white blossoms on 1 foot dark green stems. Blooming from mid to late April throughout the summer, it has a plant height of 12-18” and is extremely mildew resistant. It is a definite addition to any perennial garden. Ginger - Wild The Asarum American Ginger, 'Asarum canadense 'American Ginger', is a wonderful ground cover that is grown for its foliage rather than it's flower. It has a plant height of 6-8” and is extremely heat tolerant. The redish to green flower blooms on ‘American Ginger’ appear in early spring and continue into late spring. Most of the flowers are hidden by the heart-shaped leaves that are produced. ‘American Ginger’ will do wonderful in rock gardens or as a border.
