Statice - Sinuata Mix

The Statice, Sinuata Mix, 'Limonium sinuatum', displays delicate sprays of densely clustered, brightly colored flowers. These long lasting flowers are superior cut or dried. This annual variety is commonly used in florist's cut flower arrangements. Each plant produces several flower stems. The 3/8 inch flowers are dense clusters of yellow, blue, purple, and rose colors. The Sinuata Mix Statices like full sun and does well in hot spots and is very tolerant of salt spray from the ocean. Very fertile soil will produce larger flowers, so fertilize regularly. Pepper - Sweet - Romanian The Pepper Sweet Romaine, 'Capsicum annum', produces a rainbow of pepper colors in your garden and on your table. Romaine Peppers are sweet and full flavored. They are perfect for salads, grilling or roasting. All three color stages can appear at one time. This pepper plant is a prolific producers. Transplant outside in the spring 3 to 4 weeks after last frost date. Note: To get a jump on the season transplant outside, use a walls-of-water or some black plastic to maintain and increase temperatures. Plant in average garden soil with sufficient organic matter. Peppers use quite a bit of water but prefer to be watered deeply and not too often.
