Veronica - Aztec Gold

The Veronica Aztec Gold, 'Veronica spicata', is an easy to grow perennial that adds beauty to any garden. This creeping ground cover produces wonderful short spikes of sky blue flowers that bloom from June till September. With its brilliant golden foliage, it has a plant height of 3” and a spread of 1-2’. ‘Aztec Gold’ needs a full sun area with well-drained soil. Deadhead the flowers after the first bloom to prolong its bloom time. Veronica can be used as a ground cover, in mass plantings or along borders.
